Tuesday 05/25/2010

Total rounds in 20 minutes:

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Attempt to beat original score, or attempt to do as many regular pullups as possible

  2. I completed 17 full rounds, and had barely started the 18th when time ran out. I completed 14 full rounds, plus the pullups on round 15 when I first did this workout as the baseline. The major differences between now and then is that I did the first 5 pullups regular this time, where I couldn't do any during the baseline. Also, I had to take a breather twice when I did this as a baseline. This time, I was able to continue without a break with the exception of grabbing a quick drink of water halfway through. I feel as if my stamina has improved.
