21-18-15-12-9-6-3-1 reps:

Weighted lunges
Weighted situps

For lunges, use two DB's or hold a weight plate overhead. Left + right = one rep. Alternate back and forth between exercises. Make sure lunges are full-range and deep; back stays straight.

  2. 10 minutes and 33 seconds with two 5 pound dumbells which is all we have at home. I made sure to keep my back straight and keep my toes pointing forward on my back leg too. Next time I am going to do these at the rec center with heavier dumbells or a weight plate. I squeezed this one in between work and tkd class.

  3. 9 minutes, 21 seconds, used 2 12 lbs dumbells for lunges, and 16 lbs medicine ball for situps.
